FAQ - Shipping - Return Policy

Q. What are your payment methods?

A. We offer three convenient ways to pay:

1. Credit Cards - We accept Visa & MasterCard
2. Check (subject to clearance)
3. Money Orders.

Q. What about shipping costs?

A. We disclose the cost of shipping your purchase before we conclude payment from you. You are responsible for paying all agreed-upon shipping costs. We ship by UPS, U.S. Postal, Federal Express and freight carrier, depending upon which is most secure and most affordable for your shipment.

Your order is shipped within 7 working days from the day your payment is received by credit card or from the date your check clears.

We will contact you via e-mail or phone the day your shipment goes out to let you know that it's on the way.

Q. Do you accept trades?

A. No, not at this time.

Q. Do you offer a layaway plan?

A. We do not currently offer a layaway plan.

Q. Do you ship everywhere in the world?

A. We ship to most countries, but there are some locations to which we do not ship. Call or send an e-mail inquiry for clarification.


Domestic Shipping: Our preferred vendor is USPS, but we can also ship via UPS & FedEx if the customer has a preference.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and shipping will be calculated upon the buyer providing the shipping address and postal code. Proper Insurance is required! For Customs purposes all overseas shipments are declared at full value.

Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS), therefore you are required to purchase proper insurance coverage for your drums.

International Customs Fees:

We are not responsible for any fees assessed by Customs in the destination country. Those fees are assessed on the declared value of items shipped outside the US., and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by country, so we recommend that you verify these fees prior to your purchase.

Return Policy:

We ONLY allow returns for drums that have defects not disclosed in the listing. You must request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) within 14 calendar days of purchase, and also submit clear digital photos for cited issues. We also do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, so PLEASE do your research, ask us any questions and make respectable offers on our drums!
